Dear Students,

Application for Short-Term Accommodation in On-Campus Men's Dormitory for Undergraduate Students, Fall Semester 2023 is now available.

• Eligibility:
  • Undergraduate students whose household registry is registered in Taipei City or New Taipei City.
  • Students who along with their parents have their household registry registered outside of Taipei City and New Taipei City, or in remote districts of New Taipei City (Sanzhi, Shimen, Jinshan, Wanli, Ruifang, Gongliao, Shuangxi, Pingxi, Pinglin, Wulai, Shiding) for less than two years.
• Application Timeline: From 10:00 AM Sep. 8 (Fri.) to 12:00 PM Sep. 12(Tues.), 2023 (Late applications will NOT be accepted.)

• Dormitory Allocation: On-Campus Men's Dormitories (Main Campus Men 1st Dorm, Men 3rd Dorm, Men 5th Dorm, Men 6th Dorm, Men 7th Dorm, Men 8th Dorm and Downtown Campus Men 2nd Dorm and Men 4^th Dorm
• Applicant Priority: Students with the following conditions will receive priority when being accommodated, please upload the appropriate documents.
  • Students with a documented disability. (The copied document needs to be attached.)
  • Students with low income household. (Low income household certificate with applicant’s name needs to be attached.) Students from low income household are free for dormitory fees, but deposit needs to be paid.
  • Students with mid-low income household. (Mid-low income household certificate with applicant’s name needs to be attached.) Students from mid-low income household can get the reduction of 30% dormitory fees.
  • Aboriginal students. (Household registry documents need to be attached.)
  • Students with household registered outside of Taipei City and New Taipei City, but have registered in Taipei City and New Taipei City within two years. (Household registry documents need to be attached.)
  • Students who have a long commute to school in Taipei City and New Taipei City: Students registered in Taipei City and New Taipei City whose one-way commute takes more than 1 hour, please upload a Google Map screenshot of the time you take public transportation from your home to the school and the arrival time should before 8 a.m.
• Application result announcement:  2:00 PM Sep. 13 (Wed.) 2023 on the application website. Winners will be notified by email. Students who do NOT draw a dorm will get a waiting list number randomly. The waiting list will be continuously updated until Dec. 22. After the date, the number is invalid. 
• Accommodation Period: From the day of notification to June 15(Sat.) 2024. 
  Please log in to the system and click the confirmation button in 3 days, and
  complete the payment and check-in within one week of notification. Accommodation fees and dormitory internet fees will be calculated starting from the week you receive the move-in notification. A dormitory deposit will also be charged. When you check out, refunds will be processed in accordance with the procedures of Regulations Governing the Management of Student Dormitories, Article 24.
